Ingrid is a French-American who started skiing at the age of 2 and a half and became an international ski racer for 5 years. During her skiing career, in addition to physical training and stretching, she started practicing meditation, visualization and breath-work in times of intense stress and pressure. Her experiences of anxiety led to her first yoga class. Yoga became her safe space for healing – a space for stillness. And it turned out to grow into an important part of her life as well as being ski instructor. The more she immersed herself in yoga, the more she realized that she needed to accept her darkness as much as her light. She now has found the perfect balance with skiing and yoga, and loves teaching both of her passions.
Movement liberates my body.
Teaching liberates my soul.
