Ingrid BOTT, The French-American ski & yoga teacher, a devoted down to earth yogini with a passion for adventure and outdoor sports. She firmly believes that practicing yoga has huge benefits for all bodies, and especially athletes. Yoga helps to keep your body strong, flexible and balanced, while focusing your mind to give you the presence to live life to your best and improve drastically any other sport you practice.
Using her past as international ski racer, and many of her yoga trainings, she has created her unique IB YOGA FOR ATHLETES sequences and personalized training program specifically designed for athletes, and sports teams.
IB’s Program will balance athletes entire body and allow them to be injury free, improve performance, and give them inspiration to stay on track!
